President Goodluck Jonathan
President Goodluck Jonathan has assured that Federal Government will establish a child helpline to protect the rights of children in Nigeria. Jonathan gave this assurance in an address on the occasion of Children’s Day Celebration at the Old Parade Ground, Abuja, even as a Non- Governmental Organization (NGO), Helpline Foundation made a case for over 10.5 million out of school children across the country.
