A Federal High Court presided over by Justice Fatu Riman on
Friday in Kano convicted, Alhaji Aminu
Sule Lamido, the son of the Jigawa State Governor Alhaji Sule Lamido for
money laundering . Aminu, who was arrested at the Mallam Aminu Kano
International Airport, Kano on December 11, 2012 on his way to Egypt, was
prosecuted by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), for false
declaration on his foreign exchange card.
