Senator Chris Ngige
The All Progressives Congress (APC) has chosen Senator Chris Ngige to fly its flag at the November 16 governorship election in Anambra. The Imo State Governor, Chief Rochas Okorocha, who disclosed the successful break of the deadlock in the choice of the APC governorship candidate in Anambra, said the south east caucus of the party has resolved that Ngige will be the APC candidate and Okonkwo will led his campaign. Okorocha explained that choice of Ngige was reached through a concensus, "adding that "those who thought we shall not succeed today we have disappointed them".
