Plateau Assembly Elects New Speaker as Former Speaker Resigns

After a long drawn battle, the embattled Speaker of the  Plateau State House of Assembly, Mr John  Clark Dabwan  finally resigned Wednesday. This in effect also followed  with the election of Mr Titus Alams as the   new Speaker.
