The Federal Government might have sealed the fate of  the embattled former Chairman of Federal Pension Reform Task Team as his Civil Service Posting as the Acting Director of Customs, Immigration & Prisons Pension Office (CIPPO) has been excised from him.
Federal Government had during recent routine posting exercise of Civil Servants by the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation (HOS) appointed Mrs. Olabisi Bolanle Jaji as the new Head and Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of CIPPO in Gwagwalada, Abuja.

A source within the HoS disclosed that there was an internal circular early this week posting several officers including Jaji who was billed to replace Maina, who was to be disciplined for absconding from his duty post without approval.
"I can tell you that Maina, by running away from his job without any explanation, had cost himself his job with the civil service", the source said.

Accordingly, the Minister of Interior, Comrade Abba Moro, yesterday in a ceremony held in their Gwagwalada Office, formally presented Jaji as the new Head of CIPPO.
Moro, represented by a Deputy Director in the ministry, Mr. Ajenje charged Jaji for renewed vigour and commitment in carrying out their duties.

He said that the office, being responsible for the prompt payment of pensions and death benefits of retired officers and men of the Customs, Immigration & Prisons services, demanded diligence, dedication to duty and total commitment to the implementation of President Goodluck Jonathan’s reforms agenda.
"I therefore, charge you to make the difference and leave her mark on the footprints of history", he said.
