Buhari: APC Not for Personal Aggrandisement but for National Cohension

The National Leader of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), Major-Genreal Muhammadu Buhari (rtd),  Wednesday said the evolution of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was not for personal aggrandisement, but for national cohesion.
He said the need to promote national ideals and unity were behind the reason for the formation of APC, stressing that it was not for personal reasons. He stated this at the inauguration of constituency projects by a member representing Zaria in the House of Representatives, Hon. Abbass Tajuddeen, in Zaria, Kaduna State.

Buhari, represented by CPC Chairman in the state, Alhaji Ahmadu Yaro-Cocacola, said APC, if elected, was determined to foster national unity and restore hope to Nigerians.
He appealed to the electorate to remain humble and peaceful during and after 2015 general election with a view to electing credible candidates into various elective positions for the good of the nation.
